About
John is deeply depressed because he has been trapped in the 3:00 a.m. cycle for over a week. The 3:00 a.m. cycle represents a repeating loop of time that resets just before reaching 4:00 a.m. He cannot fall asleep until he completes his tasks. The problem is that he does not know where to look or how to begin. Holding on to optimism, John hopes that by completing his tasks, he will finally break the 3:00 a.m. cycle, allowing him to go to bed and resume his life.
